Minecraft Night Vision Potion Ingredients

Here’s a list of stuff you need to make the night vision potion:

1. 1 Blaze Powder
2. 1 Golden Carrot
3. A Crafting Table 
4. 1 Nether Wart
5. 1 Water Bottle
6. A Brewing Stand

How To Get Blaze Powder

To get blaze powder, you need to travel to the nether and locate the nether fortress. If you’re lucky, the nether fortress will be located near the spawn site.

There are blaze spawners once you reach the nether fortress, kill a blaze and it will drop a blaze rod.

Collect this and go to your crafting menu and place the blaze rod in a box to receive blaze powder.

How To Make A Golden Carrot

To make golden carrots, first locate a farm and collect some carrots, then seek for gold and smelt the gold to create 9 gold nuggets.

Go to the crafting table and place the carrot in the middle box, place the gold nuggets in the rest, and then we can collect our golden carrot.

Place your brewing stand and interact with it so u can go to the brewing menu, to activate the brewing stand place some blaze powder in the upper left-hand box.

You can tell that it’s active from the little yellow bar.

Step 02

Now take a water bottle and place it in one of the bottom boxes of the brewing stand and take your nether wart and add it to the top box which will make an awkward potion.

This does not have any effect by itself so, you need to add a golden carrot and when the process is complete you’ll finally have your potion of night vision for 3 minutes.

To turn your regular night vision potion into a splash potion:

Place gunpowder in the top box of the brewing stand while the potion is in one of the bottom boxes.

To make lingering potion, you are going to first need some dragon breath. How to get dragon breath?

You need to go through the end portal and find the ender dragon then wait till the ender dragon shoots dragon fire. After it shoots fire, you have to get a bottle and right click on it, and you get yourself some dragon’s breath.

Now to make the lingering potion, use the dragon’s breath and place it on the top box of the brewing stand while the potion is in one of the bottom boxes. And that’s all!
